Wolverine completed a new 9,950 square foot retail strip mall, located off the Byron Center Avenue exit, north of the M-6 freeway.
The new retail building is situated on the west edge of “Metro Health Village,” a 170-acre Leed certified development being built around the new Metropolitan Hospital. This retail project is the first completed piece of the Metro Health Village campus that will be home to an estimated 200,000 square feet of new development.
Metro Retail includes a new Starbucks drive-thru as one of the end anchors. Future development will include medical related offices and retail shops. “Metro Health Village” is expected for final completion in Fall 2007.
