Description
The Stadium District is a 385 foot-long and 100,000 square-foot development with views of the Michigan State capitol and Oldsmobile Park. Stadium District is a four-story retail and residential development geared towards urban living and working.
The design/build steel building includes over 50 apartment and condominium units as well as several commercial and retail space. The retail section on the first floor contains a Fifth Third Branch, BriarWood Realty, and Great Lakes Chocolate & Coffee Co. The Lansing Chamber of Commerce is located on the second floor.
