Description
This old downtown Grand Rapids building was once a 6-story medical office building. Fryling was contracted to completely renovate the building and convert it into 50 low income housing units. The MSHDA project incorporated demolition and extensive remodeling including a new floor plan and all new interior finishes.
The first floor was made up of commercial retail space with loftstyle apartments on the upper floors. There was also an inside parking lot with a car elevator.
