The Spectrum Health South Pavilion is a 2-story healthcare facility constructed to provide services to patients in Southern Grand Rapids. The facility, containing provides urgent care services, occupational therapy, outpatient surgery, family practice offices and a pharmacy.
The South Pavilion was constructed of conventional steel with a glass and brick exterior. In total, there is 110,000 square feet of medical office, patient care and support space.
