Wolverine Building, Inc. completed the construction of a new, 5,500 square foot banking center for Fifth Third Bank on the corner near 54th and Division.
Despite working through winter conditions, the project was completed 20 days ahead of the planned 100 day construction schedule. The project entailed multiple elements specific for bank use including a teller line, loan consultation area, safe deposit boxes, special security features, and vault. There is also a drive-thru ATM and four drive-thru banking lines.
