Description

Three early 1900’s masonry buildings were transformed into a single Class A office building. The development contains 185,000 square feet of space plus an underground parking garage. Among the many features of the building is the seven-story atrium and a marble staircase. Since its transformation, we have completed several renovation projects within the facility including a rehabilitation of 23,500 square feet of office space for Huntington Bank and other spaces for Beene Garter, Beta Design Group and T.G.I.Friday’s.
