Description
The historic renovation of an old firehouse in Spring Lake Village into new facilities for the local Village Hall and Police Department. The project involved complete interior demolition including the floors, layout, finishes and structure, while maintaining the building shell for restoration.
The building offers two stories and approximately 12,000 square feet of space including offices, meeting rooms, a transaction area, mechanical room, evidence lockers and gathering spaces to serve the Village of Spring Lake and the Spring Lake/Ferrysburg Police Department.
