Description
The lakeshore community built a new high school organized to promote interdisciplinary learning and teacher / team planning. Features: - A circulation passage connects the media center and academic areas with the performing arts and physical education departments. - A network infrastructure for computer, data, and voice systems enables communication between classrooms, departments, and outside resources. - The facility includes a 750-seat auditorium, a 560-seat cafeteria, and a 3,000-seat gymnasium. - The new campus provides two soccer fields, baseball and softball diamonds, 12 tennis courts, and parking capacity for more than 1,200 vehicles.
