Sustainable Mechanical Design Associates specializes in mechanical design, commissioning and energy analysis. A large portion of our projects are in the USGBC's leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) green building certification program.

In addition to the projects listed here, Mr. Gengelbach, chief engineer and principal in charge of SMDA, has over twenty years in mechanical engineering experience designing a variety of building types.
