Description
The project consisted of removal of the cladding (conventional three-coat stucco and veneer stone), all water damaged sheathing and insulation, all windows and patio doors. Removal of all soffit panels on non-gable ends and installation of weather resistive barrier to top of energy heel per code. Rebuilt the exterior wall assembly and re-installed existing windows and doors not damaged by water intrusion. New stucco was installed over a code compliant weather resistive barrier. Critical barriers were required to protect the occupied interior space from contamination with mold and construction debris.
