DescriptionOwner: Rixmann - McAndrews Center, LLC Burnsville, MN New 84' x 54' warehouse addition with a 3200 SF mezzanine attached to the existing Pawn America store. The warehouse addition was constructed out of CMU walls and steel roof structure. The mezzanine was constructed of precast concrete plank and includes a material lift to move product from floor to floor. Structural reinforcing was required on the existing building roof to accept a new roof top unit and the additional snow load imposed onto the exisiting building from the new addition.
