Muskegon Fire Station

Description

A new public safety building with five spacious bays for the city's sophisticated firefighting equipment, a central dispatch operating room, and firefighter training areas designed to simulate various technical rescue, ladder operation and water suppression scenarios. Training areas include a 3 story, 35' tall training tower, a 758 square foot training mezzanine and an 1190 square foot training room with audio visual capabilities for classroom lecture.


The façade and elevation were designed to be complementary to the downtown development plan.
