Description
This was a new build-out of a second floor office suite at 38 Commerce-Weston side. We constructed a 3,500 sf mezzanine leaving 6,000 sf on the main floor. New offices, conference rooms, and open workspaces were finished with glass, drywall, and reclaimed wood. A steel rail with stainless steel cable was installed for the overlook from the mezzanine level. LEED Certified pending.
