Description

19,158 SF of classroom was renovated into Physics and Chemistry Labs. The construction timeline was from April 21, 2008 to August 25, 2008. Pre-construction bid packaging of the lab equipment and casework in February of 2008 made the project a success. Existing labs were updated with the latest technology and equipment.

All work was completed in occupied space and built using sustainable practices with 21% MBE / WBE / DBE participation.
