Description

This project is a complete renovatation of the Pine Rest Mulder Building as well as an addition of the Mental Health Facility. Both phases requre a separate Certificat of Need.

Challenges on this renovation project include 1) maintaining patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality, 2) keeping seperation of the respective Pine Rest and St. Mary’s individual hospitals, 3) developing and implementing a detailed phasing plan to minimize down-time and patient disruption, 4) coordination with respective jurisdictional authorities from the township, fire department, and health department and 5) value engineering to maximize return on the allocated project budget. We are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results with respect to each of these project specific challenges.
