Description

Within the interior of The Bridgewater Place, the Law firm of Varnum Riddering occupies the top six floors of the building. The opportunity to design and construct the Library within the building established some immediate challenges for the Designers and Pioneer Construction. Making the library accessible to everyone within the firm required easy access through the use of concealed and spiral stairways throughout without infringing upon the flow of the traffic. Over the years the Library has proven to the the focal point of the firm as it has met all the needs as well as future needs for the entire staff.
