Description

Located within The Bridgewater Place are two of West Michigan’s major Law Firms, of which Pioneer Construction built both libraries. The first challenge was how to construct two libraries within the same building without duplicating each other. This feat was accomplished by incorporating creative thinking on behalf of the existing staff of the law firm, the creativity of the designer and the skill and craftsmanship of Pioneer.

This library incorporates individual libraries within the entire library. There are pods located throughout that include the necessary documents, computer systems and all the necessary tools and equipment to meet the needs of the staff. The flow is very simple, providing everyone with their own private areas and still allowing direct access and communication to everyone within the firm. It once again proves what can be accomplished when client, designer and construction personnel work together.
