This facility is a 56,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered building with a block and metal sided exterior.  There are eight offices which share a large conference room and full kitchen.  Additionally, there are six sleeping quarters for the staff.  The open warehouse boasts two Stewart cranes and two 40-ton truck lifts.
