Description

Peckham Industries’ new building consolidates all of Peckham's Lansing-based facilities into 110,000 sf of flexible manufacturing space, providing an additional 70,000 sf of corporate office, cafeteria and services space.  Incorporating the principles of Universal Design, the facility will meet "green" standards to achieve LEED Certification.  The design of the building promotes team work, high performance and incorporates innovative and adaptive technology throughout.  It will allow Peckham to expand programs for persons with disabilities or other barriers to employment.  More than 75% of the people employed at Peckham have a substantial disability.
