Description

One of the largest apartment complexes in the mid-west, York Creek Apartments and Townhouses has a total of 1,845 units designed by Omega Architects. The 17 townhouse buildings offer an attached garage, three bedrooms, a large main floor living area, and a walk-out basement with plenty of storage space. Omega has designed several 12, 24, 36 and 48 unit apartment buildings for the complex. Each building has one and two bedroom apartments with a loft on the upper floors. These buildings each have a main entry and a shared laundry room. Most apartments have a walk-out patio or generously sized deck for outdoor living. Along with the apartment buildings and townhouses, Omega also designed many garage buildings as well as the leasing and business offices for the complex.
