Description

Allendale Crossing Retail Center is a small community retail building consisting of three tenant spaces to accommodate various food service establishments, such as coffee shop, deli, pizza parlor, etc. The contemporary design features a variety of brick and decorative cmu, as well as storefront, clear glass, and curvilinear metal panels. The building facade has three distinct looks for each of the tenants spaces, while maintaining a homogeneous feel with the continuous metal panel band that wraps across the front of the building and both sides. Located in the Allendale Crossing Development on M-45, the building will surely be very visible to all people passing by the site.  The design is a result of Allendale Township's zoning ordinance requiring the building to be at least 26' tall because of the parking in fron of the building.
