Description

This 5,817 S.F. facility was designed to provide necessary miscellaneous services for a planned community of 600 townhouses. The building houses the business offices, a conference room. theater, game room, and a bar/lounge. It also serves as a waiting area for local transportation to area resturants, shops and airports.  The building also provides restrooms and showers for adjacent outdoor pool.  The building structure is a unique combination of a preengineered metal building and 3-sided concrete tunnel also forms used for the basic structure of the townhomes.

Buildings associated with the community building include a community mail kiosh, and an entrance/ guard house.
