Description

Edgewater Office Building is a two story office building for QST Consultations, an independent consulting company that provides statistical support services to medical research companies. It will be located in the Edgewater Business Park off M-45 in Allendale.  The building, Phase 1 of 2, will be constructed of a steel structure, concrete floors, brick, curtainwall, reflective glass, and metal panels.  Together the building will accommodate approximately 90 staff members for QST.

The design features several private offices, conference rooms, break room, server room, and large open office area.  A monumental stair in the center of the building will provide visual and physical connection of the two floors.  A large skylight will highlight the stair opening and bring natural light into the interior of the building.
