Description

Omega Architects was retained by the owner to design a 2-story, 11,142 total s.f. building. Omega Architects utilized it's talent as a site designer and not only planned for this building, but accommodated an additional 8,188 s.f. building (Dr. Majznerski's orthodontic office). In addition to the positioning of the two buildings, Omega was able to save multiple mature trees and allow for generous areas for extensive landscaping which, when combined with the curving drive and isolated parking areas provides an effective screen for the paved areas of the site. The building features a lower level private garage, southerly views over a backyard pond, and views to the east across the adjacent public golf course. The building houses multiple tenants with access to both levels from the exterior.
