Parkcrest Apartments has 232 units in a wide variety of layouts. Omega Architects has designed a large four unit direct access building for the property. Each of these seven buildings has spacious three bedroom apartments with a full basement and connected 2-stall garage. Omega also worked with the owner to design a 12 and 24 unit direct access building with one and two bedroom apartments. Many of these units have an attached garage. Also in the Parkcrest Apartment complex are seven 24 unit apartments. These buildings have one and two bedroom apartments with lofts in the the upper level apartments.
