Description

Omega Architects was charged with creating a two story office building that maximized the area of the building while providing all parking required per the zoning ordinance.  The solution provided nine premier parking spaces under the south half of the upper floor.  The lower level parking is open to the exterior, but it's sheltered nature makes it a desirable amenity for the professional and medical tenants located within the building.  The exterior is simply detailed in brick with a shingled hip roof.  The parking location was the key site design consideration given that the site slopes downward from east to west and north to south.
