Description

Omega Architects provided all preliminary site design services and created the final site design solution which allowed the property owner to separate off a second commercial lot.  Omega Architects designed the convenience store with attached retail lease spaces which could eventually be used as expansion space for the store.  The site plan design also allows the owner to request gas pump islands at a future date.  A large public gas main dissects the site which led to the creation of the two separate sites.  Storm water detention ponds are grassed and gradually sloped to discreetly blend into the landscape.
