Description

Constructed on a small, tight site.  This auto service station maximized the building size with the required parking, vehicle storage, and maneuvering areas.  Constructed of architectural block with a steel bar joist roof.  The exterior design is simple, relying on a tasteful blend of colors, textures, and an entrance awning to dress up a straight forward, cost-conscious building.
