The 42,000-square-foot Student Learning Center for West Shore Community College includes a Library, Bookstore, Café, Student Services and other student support programs.  The building features energy efficiencies in both lighting and climate control.  Access Flooring allows for space reconfiguration without incurring extensive remodeling costs.  Recycled and eco friendly products have been used throughout the facility and landscaping includes native plantings.  All of these efforts and more result in West Shore Community College leading the way with the first LEED Certified building on campus.
