Description

What was once an asparagus field is now the Memorial Family Health Center in Hart, Michigan. Work for this facility was performed in two phases. Working with the owner and architect on this design/build project, Muskegon Construction Company began Phase I and within one month, patients were visiting doctors on-site. Phase II design took place concurrently with Phase I. Construction was finished on schedule and under budget. Muskegon Construction Company was able to return almost 5 percent of the guaranteed maximum price to the owner, in part by utilizing its own personnel for several areas of the construction.
