A 1994 Michigan AIA award-winner for its architectural design, this 24,000-square-foot facility for MichCon is a prototype of future buildings for the utility. Set on a heavily wooded 5.8–acre industrial park site, two buildings replaced a group of 60-year-old buildings in Muskegon’s central business district.
