Secluded.  Private.  Tranquil.  These words describe the character of Montelena Complejo Funerario.  Located in the La Libertad area of San Salvador, the cemetery is strategically located in the area of new growth.  Mekus Tanager had many conversations with the Executive Director and his staff to gain a better understanding of the traditions and customs that have honored the deceased in San Salvador, and developed a master plan to suite their historical needs, as well as their anticipated needs in the changing environment.

The expansion of the cemetery will triple the available inventory for bodies and cremated remains, and integrate with the existing grounds to create a cohesive appearance for the entire property.  It will also introduce a greater variety of inventory options for the cemetery to maximize land utilization and marketability for the future.
