Description

The City Center Building is the cornerstone of East Lansing’s ongoing efforts to diversify and beautify the downtown area. The construction of this mixed-use facility provides people with places to live and shop in the City Center area. The 85,000 sf building contains 39 residential units as well as approximately 18,000 sf of retail space on the street level.
