The Court Avenue Lofts represent the second and third phases of a three phase project that comprises most of a downtown city block. The project is designed to represent the transformation of the Court Avenue revitalization. The transformation respects and illustrates the shift from a conservative, traditional design to a more transparent, contemporary abstraction of the downtown Des Moines facade layering and variations.
