The Pembroke Hill Art Center is a load-bearing CMU three-level educational facility with eight large classrooms and art gallery for displaying students' work, and a theater for concerts and plays. The main corridor incorporates brick veneer and the exterior skin consists of alternating bands of stone and ground face block for the ground level and veneer brick veneer at the first and second levels.
