A dynamic, five-city-block, mixed-use entertainment, office, and residential development, the Power and Light District is located in the heart of downtown Kansas City and is the cornerstone of a massive $2 billion urban renaissance. Masonry materials included almost 500,000 modular bricks in seven colors, 51,000 CMUs, 1700 pieces of cast stone, and 2100 sq ft of synthetic stone.
