Design and execution challenges for this 46x32 freeform vinyl pool/spa began with a twelve foot elevation change from one end of the pool area to the other. To allow the concrete wall to be installed on this sloped area, 50 cu. yds. Of crushed stone were installed and tamped to build up the low end of the pool.

Access was limited due to 28x28 two-story workshop the homeowner installed 8 years prior. A hole was cut through the front and back of the workshop to allow a skid steer loader to access the worksite. The workshop was later converted to a cabana for the pool area.
