Manufactured stone was used on all exterior walls and columns on the two-story Terraza at Newton Square. Veneer was also installed in the courtyard walls and on the entryway sign. The project was 254,347 sq ft with 106,015 sq ft of stone veneer and 59,634 sq ft of flexlite. The stone color chosen was Powder Ridge in Cobblestone style, which creates a warm feel of home. Off-white mortar joints were used to make each stone contrast.
