With the demands of an extremely tight building schedule requiring winter construction, precast concrete was chosen as the solution of choice for this stunning 56 unity condominium complex located on prime waterfront property. The twin 9-story towers feature 63,150 square feet of 6” solid interior load-bearing wall panels and 100,200 square feet of hollowcore floor plank. The exterior features 17,000 square feet of insulated panels, creating an energy efficient design with an elegant appearance.
