Driesenga & Associates, Inc. completed boundary and topographic surveys, civil engineering design, and construction staking. A grading plan was established as part of the site concept for the multi-story building with direct access to the lower level through a separate parking area. A unique storm water management system was established to allow usage of an existing storm water outlet through an adjacent subdivision. The site design included coordination with the City of Walker to utilize some attributes of the adjacent Fire Station building to benefit the property owner and the City of Walker. The West Michigan Family Medicine facility is located on the corner of 3 Mile Road and Bristol Avenue in the City of Walker, MI. The 6,900 square foot building is intended to serve a variety of medical-type uses.
