Description

TAC controllers programmed and installed by Grand Valley Automation, Inc. provide electrical demand control at the foundry which utilizes multiple electrical induction furnaces to melt metal. Power measurements are read by the TAC controller and are compared with KW demand limits. This dynamically active electrical power demand control system regulates power drawn by the furnaces. This is not a simple demand load shedding system
