Winner of 1993 ABC Award of Excellence for Construction Electrical Projects Over $1,000,000
This project was completed in only 15 months. A challenge in the completion of the project was the installation of light fixtures and conduits at heights of 96 feet during winter weather. A large operating area, where operating temperatures were 25° F required extensive sealing and insulating of conduit penetrations. The incoming service was 12,470 Volts, 600 Amps.
