Description
Feyen Zylstra installed the electrical systems and communications infrastructure at Hope College’s Peale Science Center. The project involved construction of a new 85,900 square foot building as well as renovation of the existing 72,800 square foot building. Before the project, Value Engineering ideas brought the project under budget. During the project, Feyen Zylstra’s Project Control System allowed stringent productivity goals to be met. The Communications team designed the data infrastructure with Category 6 cable throughout the building and fiber optic cable between closets. The two work groups’ coordinated efforts resulted in increased efficiency and client convenience.
