Description

Feyen Zylstra’s system engineering group automated the controls for a final inspection machine of automotive mirror components. The machine’s optical system checks the mirrors for proper component assembly,color and power functions of the mirror. The system includes data trending of each test and archiving for future reference. Multiple mirror types are capable of being tested without extensive reprogramming.
