EXXEL Engineering provided a topographical survey of the site. We did the civil engineering to establish site grades, location and elevation of the building, design of public utilities and design of access drives and parking areas. We did construction staking and part-time site inspection to ensure compliance with plans and municipal regulations. We prepared legal descriptions of various easements created for the project.
