EXXEL Engineering did the civil engineering and survey work on the Emerald Spa site in 1999 and again in 2007 for the expansion project. We did the initial topographical survey, engineering design of site grades, building location, public utilities, parking lots and drives, including designation of related easements. We also did the construction staking for the site contractor.
