EXXEL ENGINEERING provided site planning and civil engineering of project infrastructure and site grades.  Our surveyors did construction staking and building stakeouts as well as on-site inspection services during construction activities.  We also prepared Exhibit "B" condominium documents for inclusion in the Master Deed.
