Description

Structure was on the second story set approximately 25 feet in from the first floor perimeter.  We removed the existing roof system down to the metal deck.  During tear off, we replaced a substantial amount of bad decking.  In some areas of the decking, we had to fabricate and install a hanger system for utilities previously supported by deck.

 

Mechanically attached two layers of 1 1/2 inch polyiso roof insulation, then set ½ inch primed DensDek in foam adhesive on polyiso roof insulation.

 

We completed system with a fully adhered .060 TPO (white) membrane.

 

Fabricated and installed a 2-piece edge metal detail around perimeter with a 6-inch face made from .050 aluminum.
