Description

The Wood of Evergreen like is a 60 multi-family unit and 12 single family lot residential PUD development in Grand Rapids Township. Approvals and permits were obtained from Grand Rapids Charter Township, City of Grand Rapids, MDEQ, Kent County Road Commission, Kent County Drain Commission, and Kent County Health Department. Calculated storm water management design and grading plan with site characteristics of over 100-feet of grade change over a 26 acre area. The project also included design of public watermain throughout the development and sanitary sewer in the multi-family portion of the development. These public utilities were designed in accordance with the City of Grand Rapids standards. Completed drain field sizing and location for the 12 single family homes where public sanitary sewer was not available. Work included geotechnical evaluation, environmental site assessment, conceptual site layout, surveying, construction plan preparation, staking, construction materials testing, and project oversight.
