Description

The Tannery Bay project is a brownfield redevelopment of a former industrial site (tannery) on the shores of White Lake in Whitehall, Michigan. The site is planned to include residential, commercial, and marina condominiums.

Driesenga & Associates is currently coordinating with multiple consultants to develop plans for site remediation, wetland mitigation, and floodplain mitigation to obtain DEQ permits.

Once the DEQ permits are issued, Driesenga & Associates, Inc. will provide full engineering services including site layout, grading and utility design.
